Your satisfaction is our highest priority! While we hope that you are just as pleased with the fit, form and function of luminora apparel as we are, we understand that you may need to return or exchange an item occasionally.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges (except for COVID-19 masks) must be requested within 15 days of receiving the product.
When making a return or exchange please ensure all tags and packaging are intact and the product is unwashed and unworn.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been rejected the product will be sent back to you.

If your refund is approved, typically within 3-5 business days, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

Depending on your bank, refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process. Sometimes it takes longer. Please notify us if it has been 7 days without seeing a credit to your original form of payment.
